Users can also see a calendar view of their tasks so they can schedule them accordingly. Todoist is a free web-based application that allows users to manage their to-do lists through projects and tasks. They also have many other features, including. labels, reminders, recurring tasks, email integration, support for Google Calendar, iCalendar sync, team management, and more.
