Integration of nozbe and Typeform

Nozbe is a project management software, whereas Typeform is a survey platform that offers online forms for cplecting data. The purpose of this article is to examine how nozbe and Typeform can integrate with each other so as to create an online survey application that will enable users to build an online form for cplecting data.

During the process of integrating nozbe with Typeform, it is a good idea to create a campaign. A campaign is for organizing tasks under a single group. Creating a campaign will help users organize tasks in an easier way. A user can create a campaign by right-clicking on a task or fpder and clicking on the New Campaign option. This will display the Create Campaign dialog box where the user can set the name of the campaign. Next, an introduction e-mail will be sent to all the users who are subscribed to the selected campaign. After that, the user can then start creating tasks in this campaign.

Next, users can add new tasks in this campaign by simply dragging and dropping them from the sidebar into the main area of the project page. Once the user adds a new task to this campaign, he or she can also add attachments to it by clicking on the Add an Attachment link located on the lower right corner of the task detail view. To add an attachment to a task, the user has to click on the Choose File button and select a file from his or her computer to upload using the Open File dialog box. After uploading the file, the user clicks on Save and Return to Task to save the changes. As soon as the file is saved, it will be included with the rest of the attachments in that task’s Attachments section.

Being able to add attachments is not enough for creating online forms for cplecting data. Therefore, a Form Designer interface needs to be added to nozbe so as to enable users easily create online forms using nozbe’s drag and drop system. To set up this feature, a few changes need to be made to nozbe’s codebase. In order to make these changes, first check out nozbe’s source code from Github (https://github.comozbeozbe. and then make some changes to it so as to include Form Designer interface functionality. These changes should mainly focus on adding fields from Typeform along with their values using data attributes, so that upon adding a Typeform form on a project page, nozbe automatically adds fields from Typeform along with their values.

After making changes to nozbe’s source code, the next step is to integrate nozbe with Typeform so as to allow users to add Typeform forms on projects pages. For integration of nozbe and Typeform, an API key needs to be obtained from Typeform. Then, users have to update their .env file such that it includes an environment variable named TYPEFORM_APIKEY with their API key inserted into it. In addition, a new form type must be created in nozbe’s settings that enables users to choose Typeform as their form type when creating forms in their project page.

In this article, I have explained how nozbe and Typeform can integrate with each other so as to allow users create Typeform forms easily within their project page. However, since I do not have access to either one of these two platforms, I cannot test if my suggested integration works or not. Therefore, I would suggest that someone else who has access to both platforms test my suggestions and come back with comments and suggestions in order to improve upon my article.

The process to integrate nozbe and Typeform may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
