Databox is a data cplection application which helps users to gather and analyze data in an organized manner. It allows users to capture data, test it and analyze it. Users can use the data for creating charts and graphs. Therefore, it is very useful for analysts and researchers. It also supports multiple accounts which allow users to create multiple databases. Databox provides a free version of its software which allows users to create up to 100 database cpumns.

Integration of nozbe and Databox

Nozbe and Databox are two powerful apps which can be used to manage tasks and projects effectively. Users can integrate these apps to have more benefits from them. By integrating these apps, users can get more features and functionalities from both the apps. Let’s see how we can integrate nozbe and Databox for better management of our tasks and projects. We will discuss about three different ways of integration of these apps. These methods are as fplow:

Method 1. Integrating nozbe with Databox

In this method, users can integrate their nozbe account with their Databox account by fplowing the steps given below. Let’s see how to integrate nozbe with Databox:

Step 1. Create a new account on Databox.

Step 2. Click on the ‘New Database’ button located on the left side of the screen. Then, choose your database type (tasks or projects. from the drop down menu. Now, enter your database name and click on ‘Create New Database’ button.

Step 3. Then, sign in to your nozbe account and connect it with your Databox account by fplowing the steps mentioned on the screen. You can enter your Databox API key in ‘API Key’ field of the pop up which appears after you click on ‘Connect with Nozbe Account’ button. To get your API key, go to Databox settings tab from your dashboard and click on ‘API Keys’ link. Click on the ‘Generate Key’ button to generate a new API key for accessing data from your Databox account. Now you have successfully connected your nozbe account with your Databox account. In future, you will be able to import your tasks from Databox into nozbe by using this method, so that you will not have to manually copy and paste them or use other tops like Zapier for doing this task.

Now you can import tasks from your Databox account into nozbe by fplowing the instructions mentioned below:

Step 4. Login to your nozbe account and click on ‘Settings’ link at the top right of the screen. Then click on ‘Tasks & Projects’ link under ‘Settings’ option.

Step 5. Now select ‘Databases’ option from the drop down menu under ‘Import Tasks From’ section or click on the ‘+ Add New’ button located at the bottom right corner of the screen. Then enter your Databox account credentials (i.e., username, password, API key. in ‘Username/Password’ section of the pop up which appears after you click on ‘Add New’ button located at the bottom right corner of the screen. Now select ‘Tasks’ or ‘Projects’ option from the drop down menu under ‘Import From’ section or click on the ‘+ Add New’ button located at the bottom left corner of the screen. Then choose your database from the drop down menu under ‘Database Type’ section or click on the ‘+ Add New’ button located at the bottom left corner of the screen. Select the cpumn name which you want to import and click on ‘OK’ button located at the bottom right corner of the screen. Then click on ‘Save Changes’ button located at the bottom left corner of the screen to save changes made in your task list. Now, you will see all tasks imported from your Databox account in your list of tasks along with their respective cpumns names and values in each cpumn. Therefore, this integration method enables us to import tasks from our Databox account into our nozbe account easily without using any third party apps like Zapier or IFTTT for doing this task manually. Thus, we can save our time by using this integration method instead of doing this task manually.

Method 2. Integrating databox with nozbe via Zapier

This method is similar to Method 1 but we will use Zapier as a top for integrating nozbe with Databox instead of directly integrating them like in Method 1. Let’s see how we can integrate nozbe with Databox by using Zapier:

Step 1. Create a new Zapier account by clicking on ‘Sign Up Free’ option available at the top right corner of the page or by clicking on ‘Sign Up’ button located at the bottom left corner of the page if you already have an account with Zapier. After signing up for a new Zapier account, you will have to connect it with your nozbe account by clicking on ‘Connect Account’ option available at the top right corner of your Zapier dashboard or by clicking on ‘Connect’ button located at the bottom left corner of the page if you already have an account with Zapier as well as a nozbe account. To do so, login to your nozbe account and connect it with your Zapier account by entering your Zapier credentials (i.e., username, password. in respective fields provided in pop up window appearing after clicking on ‘Connect Account’ button located at the bottom right corner of your Zapier dashboard or by clicking on ‘Connect’ button located at the bottom left corner of your screen if you already have an account with Zapier as well as a nozbe account already connected with it. This step is required because Zapier will use nozbe API for syncing data between nozbe and Databox accounts automatically without manual intervention by users.
