Nozbe is a productivity platform for teams. Nozbe offers an internal messaging system, shared task lists, and a built-in calendar. It integrates with 90+ apps and services and can be used as a standalone product or as part of a company’s CRM.

Nozbe is a great top for managing the day-to-day tasks of being a freelance writer. I keep track of my daily word count goals, create project outlines, post new blog posts to social media, and keep track of my book marketing efforts.

Nozbe has two pricing tiers:

The Pro plan offers unlimited users and projects and brings some additional features like advanced filters, one-click reports, API access, and priority support. The Pro plan starts at $12 per user/month.


ConvertKit is a software top that helps bloggers and authors grow their email lists. You can use ConvertKit to create sign up forms, send automated emails, and track your conversion rates on your website.

I use ConvertKit to send out monthly newsletters to my subscribers. I also use it to cplect email addresses from my readers for the launch team of my upcoming book, “The Freelance Writer’s Guide to Getting Published”.

Integration of nozbe and ConvertKit

Nozbe and ConvertKit work together seamlessly. On every project in Nozbe I have created a lead magnet that uses ConvertKit’s landing page creator. I added the html code for the landing page to each project so that I could easily swap out the landing page depending on the type of offer I was making. For example, here are my landing pages for my Book Launch Team sign up sheet and for my book pre-order:

Nozbe also integrates with ConvertKit beautifully. If you have people on your team who are using both products, they will be able to see each other’s tasks in Nozbe and add comments or check off items as they complete them in ConvertKit. I highly recommend this integration because it helps to streamline communication between you and your team members. Nozbe is also very good about automatically adding new subscribers to your list in ConvertKit as soon as they sign up for your newsletter. However, if you do not want them to do this, there is a setting in their App Directory that you can change to disable this feature. In addition, you can also build special settings into your lead magnets that will only appear when someone has already signed up for your newsletter. (I have more information about how to do this in my ebook.)

Benefits of Integration of nozbe and ConvertKit

By using both tops, I have been able to improve my workflow and standardize my processes. Plus, by connecting my Nozbe account with my MailChimp account, I can now automatically send out a thank you email to everyone who signs up for one of my lead magnets on my website.
