    Notion and SugarCRM both are Business Software’s. Notion is an application that helps people to create, share and cplaborate on documents, spreadsheets or slides. All of these can be used for personal use or for teamwork. Even the files can be shared with only one person or with a group, such as a company. Notion is free for anyone to use and it is available for Apple and Android devices(mobile app. If the user wants to utilize the full capacity of Notion, he or she can subscribe to Notion Pro which charges $10/month per user. SugarCRM is different from Notion in some ways. It is a Business Suite of applications and it includes CRM, which stands for Customer Relationship Management. Sugar can be used by small businesses as well as those with hundreds of employees. Sugar also offers a free version that is commonly used by small businesses or startups. Sugar has a different format than Notion. In Sugar, there is a lot of information that is displayed on the screen at once, which can be overwhelming to some users. When using Notion, the user only sees what he needs to see at the time he needs to see it. This explains why some people prefer Sugar over Notion.


    Integration of Notion and Sugar CRM:

    In this part, I will explain how they are integrated together and the benefits of it. The integration of Notion and SugarCRM is very simple because it works similar to Microsoft Office 365. In Microsoft Office 365, you have Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneNote and Skype all in one place. In the same way, you have SugarCRM and Notion in one place with SUGARXLTab. To integrate Notion and SugarCRM with SUGARXLTab, all you have to do is download SUGARXLTab from the App Store or Google Play store and then open the app. After opening the app you need to log in with your SugarCRM credentials. After logging in, you will see all your notes, attachments and any tasks you have created in the application. After seeing your notes, attachments and tasks click on “Notes” at the top right hand corner of the page. Then click on “Notion” at the top left hand corner of the next page that should appear. You should see your notes but they will be under their own fpders now. They were under the usual fpders before but now they are separated into fpders based on how they work. For example, one fpder will contain all of your notes that are documents, another fpder will contain all of your notes that are spreadsheets, etc. This makes it easier for you to find what you are looking for by separating them into categories. The last thing you need to do is download Notion’s mobile app on your phone or tablet (Android or Apple. Then sign into your account using your email address and password that you originally signed up with when you first downloaded Notion on your phone or tablet (Android or Apple. After signing into your account on your phone or tablet (Android or Apple), everything will be synchronized between the desktop version of Notion and your mobile device. As long as everything is synced together it will all be merged together so now your notes are accessible anywhere! The benefit of this integration is that now whatever you are working on inside of Notion can be accessed anywhere at any time because now it’s available on your mobile device as well as your laptop/desktop computer. Another benefit is that if you are having trouble finding what you are looking for inside of Notion’s desktop version it will be much easier to find now that you have all of your notes categorized into fpders. This makes it much easier for you to find what you are looking for quickly.
