Zoho Inventory is a business management software. It is used by small to very large sized businesses to manage their sales operations. Zoho Inventory is used for managing inventory and stock of IT products, hardware, and accessories. Zoho Inventory has features like product catalogs, purchasing, invoicing, payments, shipping, reports, and analytics. It is a cloud based software. This means that you don’t have to install it on your computer or server to use it. You can access it from anywhere in the world using your browser. The software automatically saves data in the cloud as soon as you make any changes in it.

Integration of Netlify and Zoho Inventory:

Ecommerce integration is the ability to sync products from Zoho Inventory with Netlify CMS. There are two ways through which you can integrate Zoho Inventory with Netlify CMS. You can either do it manually or using a Zapier integration top.

Manually. You can integrate Netlify CMS with Zoho Inventory by adding a custom script in Netlify CMS. You need to add the script in the source code of your website. The script will then retrieve data from Zoho Inventory and save it in Netlify CMS as ecommerce data. The steps invpved to do this are:

Step 1. Create Product Page in Netlify CMS

Step 2. Add a custom script in Netlify CMS which will be executed when the page loads. This script will automatically retrieve data from Zoho Inventory and save it as ecommerce data in Netlify CMS.

Automatically. You can also do the same by using Zapier integration top. Zapier allows you to integrate multiple tops together and perform automated tasks between them. All you need to do is connect Zoho Inventory and Netlify CMS accounts with Zapier and activate the integration top. Now, whenever you make any change in Zoho Inventory, the change will be reflected in Netlify CMS in real time. Here are the steps required to do this:

Step 1. Connect your Netlify CMS account with Zapier

Step 2. Connect your Zoho Inventory account with Zapier

Step 3. Activate the integration top by clicking on ‘Activate’ button

Step 4. Create a Zap for each action you want to perform while integrating the two services. For example, if you want to create a product page in Netlify CMS whenever there is a change in Zoho Inventory, then you need to create a Zap that will create a new product page whenever there is a change in Zoho Inventory. In order to do this, go to Zaps -> Create New Zap. Then select the trigger channel as ‘Zoho Inventory’ and select ‘New Product’ as action channel and ‘Create Page’ as action type. Now, whenever there is a change in Zoho Inventory, a product page will be created using this Zap. Similarly, you can create any other actions using this Zapier integration top.
