ClickUp is a Cloud-based software for managing customer relationship, including project management, time tracking, resource allocation, etc. ClickUp helps to increase efficiency and productivity.

Integration of Netlify and ClickUp

The integration of Netlify and ClickUp makes the deployment process more efficient and fast. The developers can use both Netlify and ClickUp on their website.

In fact, the integration of Netlify and ClickUp is quite simple, it requires only three steps to complete. First, you need to create a customer in ClickUp, then you need to connect Netlify with Click Up (to generate the API key), and finally, configure your deploy script in Netlify.

Let’s take a look at how to integrate Netlify and Click Up step by step.

Step 1. Create a customer in ClickUp. First, you need to create a new customer in ClickUp. To do this, go to the “CUSTOMER” tab, select “CREATE CUSTOMER” option, fill in your email address and password under “CREATE USER” tab. Then click “CREATE CUSTOMER” again.

Step 2. Connect Netlify with ClickUp To connect Netlify with ClickUp, you need to generate an API key from the “ACCOUNT” tab in Netlify. Then copy the API key and paste it into the “API KEY” field when creating a new customer in ClickUp. After that, you can create a new project by simply clicking “CREATE PROJECT” button.

Step 3. Configure your deploy script in Netlify

Then you can configure your deploy script in Netlify by going to the “DEPLOYMENTS” tab. You can click the “Add New Deployment Settings” button to create a new deployment setting. Then you can choose your own repository, the branch you want to deploy, and also choose whether your deployment should trigger a build or not (you can choose a build template from the drop-down menu. Then you need to create a new “deployment icon” by either uploading an image from your computer or by clicking on the “Draw Icon on Canvas” button. Finally, you can save your deployment settings by clicking on the “SAVE SETTINGS” button. Now it is time to test your deployment settings. Simply push your code to GitHub or Bitbucket (or any other repository hosting services), and check if the build is triggered successfully or not. If everything works well, then you have successfully integrated Netlify with ClickUp!
