    Integration between the two services allows the user to dynamically change the website content of Netlify from within Autotask. In order to do this, a new “Webhook” integration has been added to both platforms. Currently supported actions include creating, updating, creating new labels on, and deleting existing webhooks on Autotask.

    In addition, the integration also supports the creation of a new blog post from within Autotask. This action can be accessed by going to a case or task and clicking the “New Blog Post” button in the “Update” section of the page.

    • Sharing Custom Fields between Autotask and Netlify - The main benefit of this integration is being able to easily share custom fields from Autotask with Netlify. This allows us to have a more unified experience on both platforms. One example of this is being able to add a new field to a record in Autotask, then have that field automatically show up on your website in Netlify. This is made possible through a new “Custom Fields” integration added to both platforms.
    • Creating a New Blog Post from Within Autotask - To create a new blog post in Netlify within Autotask, just go to any case or task that is currently linked to a Netlify website, then click on the “New Blog Post” button. This will open up a modal window where you can fill out all of the necessary information before creating your blog post. At any point during this process you may edit or cancel the post by clicking the appropriate link at the top right hand side of the window. If you are happy with what you entered, click “Create Blog Post” to close the window without saving, or click “Save & Create Blog Post” to save your draft. After clicking “Save & Create Blog Post” you will be taken back to your case or task where you will see your newly created blog post. Here you can click “View Blog” to open up your recent blog posts which you can edit or delete as needed.
