Integration of MySQL and Pipedrive

MySQL is a free, powerful and open source RDBMS that is commonly used by websites, e-commerce sites and applications. It is used to store data such as usernames, passwords, phone numbers, email addresses and other text fields. MySQL supports multiple languages and platforms including PHP. Pipedrive is a sales management application that enables small and medium-sized businesses to track their sales pipeline and manage leads. The integration of MySQL and Pipedrive enables the application to keep track of customer information and contact details.

MySQL is a relational database management system (RDBMS. It is an open source community developed product with plenty of features. MySQL is written in C, C++ and Java and has around 200 third party tops available to extend its functionality. The latest version of MySQL is 5.7 which was released on 28th May 2014.

In technical terms, MySQL is a multi-user, multi-threaded, SQL database server. It uses InnoDB as the default storage engine. MySQL provides a fairly rich set of built-in functions for the administration and development of applications. These functions are categorized into different groups based on their function.
