The procedure will allow hunter to get new records from the database and save them in testing tables for further processing.The stored procedure will be named "update_hunter_tables" and will accept two parameters:

A string indicating whether or not to insert new records into the table or update existing recordsAfter accepting these parameters, it will check if there are any matching records in the specified table in Hunter to those in MySQL. If there are no records found, no action will be taken and an empty array will be returned. Otherwise, it will loop through all matching records and insert them into Hunter's local testing table or update them if they already exist in Hunter's testing table. The result of this stored procedure should be an array containing all the updated/inserted records in Hunter's local testing table.After executing this procedure, you should see all of the records from MySQL appear in Hunter for further processing by your test scripts.
