When you have a new problem, you can create your own algorithm from scratch. Their user interface is very easy to use and anyone can build a powerful text analysis top in minutes. In this article, we will show you how to integrate it with Zoho CRM and how to build an app that will take the power of Monkey Learn to enhance your marketing campaigns.

Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM. spution that allows you to organize and manage your customer information and interactions in a single place. Using Zoho CRM, you can manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and more; keep track of emails, activities, fplow-ups, and phone calls; and analyze data to make better business decisions.

Integration of Monkey Learn and Zoho CRM

As mentioned above, we will build a small application that will use the power of Monkey Learn to enhance your marketing campaigns. Let's see how we can integrate Monkey Learn and Zoho CRM. We first need to sign up for both services and then connect them using the Apps menu:

Step 1. Sign up for Monkey Learn and create a basic application

Go to http://monkeylearn.com/ and click on the Try MonkeyLearn button.

Give your application a name and click on Create Application. The process is very simple and you should be ready in a minute. If you scrpl down, you will see these tabs. Text Analysis, Natural Language Processing, Email Classification, Sales Prediction, Jobs Analysis, and Sentiment Analysis. These are the different fields that we will cover in this article. For now, we just want to start with the Text Analysis tab:

What does this mean To start using MonkeyLearn you need to create an account and then create at least one project where you can store all your models. A model in MonkeyLearn is an algorithm that is trained with the help of your texts. It means that if you have 100 emails in your database that have been classified as spam with a particular model, then if you send another email that matches the model's criteria, MonkeyLearn will classify it as spam too. You can easily export your model so that you can use it in other applications or send it back to monkey learn so they can use it to train other models. This way, when you train an algorithm in MonkeyLearn, it also improves the algorithms of other users that are training their models with the same dataset. It's like the saying goes. everything that comes around goes around! You can also create groups of users that share access to the models they are creating. This way, if someone is creating an algorithm for learning English grammar rules for instance, he can share it with everyone in the group so they can train their models with it. Let's go back to our application and create some groups:

Now let's create our first model using the online interface of MonkeyLearn. Click on Text Analysis > Create Model > Upload Data File:

You will need to upload two files for training your model. one training file where you upload some documents that will be used for training your model and another test file where you upload some documents that will be used for testing your model after training it. After uploading these two files, you will see some results on the screen:

We have successfully created our first model in MonkeyLearn! But what does this mean When we train our algorithm using this data set, it looks at all the words on the left side of the screen (the training data. and tries to learn which words are relevant for classifying this kind of document (in this case emails. On the right side of the screen (the test data), it looks at each word in turn and tests whether it has learned anything useful by asking itself. "If I had never seen this word before, would I know if this was an email about sales or an email about development" If our model is any good then most of its predictions should be correct (don't worry if it says 0 out of 0 were correct - this just means there were no words in the test data that appeared in the training data. Now let's get back to our application and see how we can get some insights from our model! Click on Text Analysis -> Get Insights :

This is where we get insights from our emails. Our model allows us to find out who sent out these emails and tag them with terms such as "Development", "Sales", etc. Let's tag a couple of emails:

That was easy! But let's take a look at what words it suggested when tagging "Sales". See below:

In line 1 we have suggested tags such as "sales", "sale", "marketing", "market", "profit", "buy", "profitability", "profit margin", etc. In line 2 we have suggested tags such as "developers", "develop", "development", "code", "coding", etc. We can see that our model has understood that when we talk about sales we talk about marketing and money-making strategies :. Now let's take a look at what happens when we tag an email about development:
