First, go to https://acuityscheduling.com/monkeylearn and click on “Connect to MonkeyLearn” button. You will then be directed to MonkeyLearn where you need to sign in with your account credentials. After which, you need to grant access to Acuity Scheduling by clicking on “Grant access” button. Once you grant access, you will get the callback URL from Acuity Scheduling. After which, you need to create a new model in the MonkeyLearn platform. Then you need to add a new intent called “Schedule a Meeting” in the model. Here you need to add the fplowing entities in the model. Event Time, Event Date, Location, Client Name, Client Phone Number, Client Email, Calendar Name, Scheduler Name, Scheduler Phone Number, Scheduler Email, Scheduler Title, Attendee Names, Attendee Email Add the fplowing classifiers in the model. Is a meeting request?, Is a meeting request from a client?, Is a meeting request from an attendee?, Is a meeting request from a user?, Is a meeting request from a company admin?, Is a request from an employee?, Is the event time during the working hours? After creating this model run it against your incoming emails/calls/texts and a callback will be made when a match is found. You will then be able to do something with it. For example, if someone sends you an email about scheduling a meeting with you then you can take action based on if this is a marked spam or not. Similarly, if someone calls you then you can decide whether to take their call or not depending upon which kind of pattern they fall under. If they are calling because of work then you can decide to take their call but if they are calling because of personal reasons then you can decide to ignore them or else answer them ppitely while telling them that it is not possible to take their call at this moment.
