There are many ways to find out what someone does with their computer, but they are difficult to do anonymously. Companies such as Google and Facebook have created applications that track users through their computers. These companies use the information by selling it to advertisers or other companies. The main reason that people use these programs is to get website hits. They can also use the information for other purposes. People started to become more aware of the issue and began to use different methods of blocking these tracking programs.

The most common method of blocking tracking programs is by using a VPN . This will keep your information secure and anonymous. A VPN connects you to another country while using your internet connection. You then get a new IP address which is untraceable. Some VPNs cost money, but some are free, like Windscribe VPN. There are some drawbacks to using a VPN though. If you use a VPN all the time, it can slow down your internet connection because it has to connect every time you boot up your computer. Another way to secure your information is by using an ad-blocker extension on Chrome. The ad-blockers keep the tracking programs from loading onto your screen. This is a useful top, but it only works with web browsers where you are connected to the internet directly. It doesn’t work with programs that run in the background on your computer. Luckily for us, there is a way around this problem and it invpves another program called Dropbox . Dropbox allows you to synchronize files between multiple devices so you can access them wherever you want. One of the features of Dropbox is that it doesn’t save information on its servers; it saves information on the device that you use it on instead of their server. So when Mixpanel runs in the background on your computer and captures your information, it doesn’t send it anywhere because Dropbox doesn’t save anything on their servers. Another great feature of Dropbox is that it will sync all of your documents across all of your devices, so if you have multiple devices with this software installed, you can always access your files wherever you go without having to worry about losing them if one of your devices breaks or if one of your devices dies for whatever reason. If anyone were to hack into one of your devices, they wouldn’t be able to get any information because Dropbox saves everything locally. The only thing that could possibly be hacked would be one of your devices running Dropbox and one of your devices not running Dropbox and having your information saved on both devices which would require access to both devices at the same time which would be very hard for hackers since they couldn’t be in two places at once. I believe that I would start off my article by talking about how Mixpanel cplects information from us without us knowing and how they don’t care how we feel about it or whether or not we want them to sell our information.
