Integration of MINDBODY and Google Calendar

MINDBODY, Inc. is an online booking website that allows users to book appointments with various businesses such as massage therapists, yoga studios, and chiropractors. MINDBODY also offers a free calendar application for storing personal events and managing the schedules of employees or groups. Google Calendar is a free online calendar that allows users to create online calendars for individuals, families, small groups, or large organizations.

Mindbody and Google Calendar work together and offer some interesting benefits. Users can share their schedules with others by inviting them to events in Google Calendar. Users can also share locations and event details from MINDBODY to Google Calendar.

Integration of MINDBODY and Google Calendar consists of a form in MINDBODY where users can add events to their Google Calendar. A user can search for a business through the MINDBODY website or use the app on their phone. Once they have found the business they are looking for, they can click on the “schedule” button and add the event to their Google Calendar. They can also click on the “add to my calendar” button which will open up a window allowing them to choose which calendars to add the event to.

Users can also connect their Google account with their MINDBODY account. This creates a link between both accounts, so any events added to one calendar will show up in the other.

Users can create events in Google Calendar by using the “more options” button when creating an event. The “more options” button will take you to a window where you can choose if you want to share your event on Google+, invite certain people to your event, or add it to your MINDBODY calendar.

Users can also share locations in Google Maps and add locations to their MINDBODY calendar from there. If the location is already saved in Google Maps, users can add it as a favorite, then go to “more options” and select “Add to MINDBODY calendar”. If the location has not been saved in Google Maps, users can search for it and save it as a favorite before selecting “Add to MINDBODY calendar”.
