Tasks created through this integration will have a “Zoho Cliq Task” status in the task list until it has been marked as complete or canceled. By clicking on the task from within Microsoft To-Do, users can view the details for the task within Zoho Cliq’s main screen, which allows them to see information such as due dates, any attached files, if it has been assigned to someone else, and more. Users can also add notes about a task from within Microsoft To-Do without leaving the program.

When you share projects with team members who also use Zoho Cliq for task management, you can assign tasks to team members and track their progress through the integrated system. Through this integration, team members who need updates on individual tasks can get them directly from Microsoft To-Do, ensuring that everyone is on the same page at all times. Once a project has been completed, it will show up in your Zoho Cliq inbox as an archive project. It will remain here until you manually delete it.
