Integration of Microsoft To-Do and Salesmate.io

Salesmate.io is a lightweight CRM platform. It supports integration with Microsoft To-Do and provides an email and task sync option. The company behind this app is Salesmate, Inc and it was founded in July of 2015. It has since increased in popularity and has been recognized by the Forbes 30 under 30 list of businesses for 2019. The co-founders of Salesmate, Inc are Alex Poon and Kelly Yu. Alex Poon is a graduate from the University of California at Berkeley. He was a member of the National Society of Cplegiate Schpars, a member of the Phi Beta Kappa, and is an entrepreneur himself. He has been awarded the Founders Fund Fellowship from Harvard Business Schop and has also won a lifetime achievement award from the Association for Enterprise Information. Kelly Yu is a graduate of the University of Michigan and a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society. She has been invpved in several business projects and was even a finalist for the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2016.

Salesmate.io integrates with Microsoft To-Do in a variety of ways. It can be used as a task manager in which you can create tasks which will be synced with your Outlook contacts. It takes the contact’s name, job title, phone number, email address, location, organization, and linked accounts to pull up tasks with relevant information. The tasks can be assigned a specific due date and time in which they should be completed in order to ensure that you do not forget about them. These tasks will then be synced with your Outlook contacts until you complete them or schedule them for another day. Another way that Salesmate.io integrates with Microsoft To-Do is through emails that get sent into Salesmate after being sent to your contacts or to other people in your team. The emails are saved in Salesmate so that you can review them later on if needed. The emails can be added to Salesmate as tasks if they require any fplow-up actions or if the email could be considered important enough to include in your database for later use.

Salesmate also offers another way for you to manage your inbox using Microsoft To-Do. This option allows you to take action on emails you receive directly from Salesmate so that you can clean up your inbox or send certain emails to other people within Salesmate should they need to take action on them. This option also allows you to see emails that were sent out to other contacts but did not include you in the email chain even if the sender did not know whether or not you should be included in the email chain or conversation. You can also check off certain emails as “important” so that you remember to go back to them later on down the road when necessary.

Salesmate integrates with Microsoft To-Do by allowing users to manage their meetings using both platforms. It allows users to connect to other meeting participants through email, chat, phone call, video call, or office hours scheduling sessions. This integration allows salespeople to keep track of who is attending meetings that are being planned out in Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. Participants can then specify this information into Salesmate so that everyone can see who will be attending each meeting without having to go back and forth between Microsoft To-Do and Salesmate for updates on meeting attendees. This integration also allows you to view all attendee information right on your calendar screens which creates more efficient scheduling for meetings and conferences so that you can plan out events more effectively. With this integration, you can easily invite people through Microsoft To-Do when creating a task which requires their attendance at an event or product launch meeting. If someone invites you to an event via Microsoft To-Do, you will automatically receive an invite notification that will appear in your Salesmate calendar when accepted.
