BigCommerce is integrated with Microsoft Teams through webhooks. Using webhooks, we have built a notification system between the two platforms where every action taken in one platform gets reflected on the other platform instantly. The BigCommerce Sales Cloud API sends a webhook notification to Microsoft Teams using the REST API whenever there is an event created in the Salesforce instance associated with a store in the BigCommerce platform. This notification is received by the Microsoft Teams app registered for the user (default. or the user's default channel.
