Also both applications have similar icons for different functions such as move or copy mail or contacts from one fpder to another.B. Benefits of Integration of Microsoft Outlook and Flock

The integration of Microsoft Outlook and Flock has many benefits for users. For example, with this integration users do not need to use different applications for different tasks such as emailing and calendaring; they can do all tasks in one application instead of jumping from one application to another. Another benefit is that it makes the user more efficient; s/he does not need to waste time switching back and forth between applications but just focus on one application at a time which is more convenient and saves a lot of time.Another benefit is that with this integration users can share information easily between different programs and save time because if they want to share information from one program to another they just need to send an email or make a phone call instead of going to a website or downloading another application just to share information. For example, if a teacher wants to share her class timetable from Google Calendar with her students she can just send them an email with the web link of her Google calendar instead of going out of her way to make another appointment in her Google calendar just so that she can share that information with her students later on. Or if a student wants to share his grades with his parents he can just send them an email with the link of his grade report instead of printing out the report and mailing it to his parents. This kind of integration can save time in many occasions for teachers in schops or employers in companies where if they want to share information with their employees they may have to go out of their way just to do that task; now with this integration they can just make a quick call or send an email with their employees' phone number or email address in order for them to share information between each other in an easier way than before.

In conclusion, it is clear that there are many benefits associated with the integration of Microsoft Outlook and Flock but there are some drawbacks too; however this integration has more advantages than disadvantages thus making it more beneficial than harmful overall. In addition this integration provides a more user-friendly environment which makes it more convenient for users who use both applications as they do not need to switch from one application to another but just focus on one application at a time without having to waste their time by switching back and forth between applications thus saving time.
