In this article I will be comparing and contrasting the different features of Microsoft Exchange and Google Docs. Exchange is a very successful program by Microsoft that has a high security level and a long history. Google Docs is a product by Google, a company that specializes in developing software for other companies. I will go over some of the general features of both products, as well as some of their benefits and drawbacks.

The first topic I will cover is how the two products function together. There are many different ways to integrate the two products. The second topic I will cover is the business advantage of integrating the two programs. Exchange is primarily used as a work-related program, such as for companies and schop districts. The major advantage that Google Docs has over Exchange is that it’s much more affordable. Many people own tablets and smartphones now, and they would like to be able to access their files on those devices easily and quickly. However, if you send too much data through your phone or tablet, you can exceed your monthly data limit. With Google Docs, you can easily convert your documents into a PDF file and send them through email or messenger services such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Skype, etc.
