A team member assigned will receive a notification via email or SMS immediately and will be able to start working on the task. All information about the customer, such as name, email address, IP address, etc. will be automatically added to the task description. When you enter a support ticket into Customerly, you will be able to connect it with a particular task in your project plan. Also you will be able to send messages to your customers via any communication channel, like email, live chat or social media.
