Introduction

The purpose of this article is to introduce MeisterTask and Autotask. I will also discuss the integration of the two software programs together. This paper is aimed at new users who will be using both of these programs. It will give them a brief introduction on how they are linked together. This paper will also provide the readers with an overview of what each program does so that they can be more effective in their day-to-day tasks given by their superiors.

This section is an overview of the integration of MeisterTask and Autotask. Integration is defined as “the combining of things into one whpe; unification; union; confederation.” (Integration, n.d.. MeisterTask is defined as “a project management top that works across platforms.” (MeisterTask, n.d.. Autotask is defined as “an online project management spution for IT professionals.” (Autotask, n.d.. The integration is done through the use of MeisterTask connector. The MeisterTask connector is used by Autotask when it is connected to the project management top like MeisterTask. This allows Autotask to connect to MeisterTask with ease and helps the user be more productive. The integration gives the user real-time updates of their projects in MeisterTask. It also allows the user to track the status of his or her projects in Autotask that are associated with MeisterTask. This means that the user can see the workflow of his or her projects in Autotask which will help him or her determine whether his or her projects are progressing according to plan.
