In this article, I will give a brief introduction on the advantages of using Mailshake and Deskpro together.

I will outline the reasons why Mailshake and Deskpro should be integrated together and how it can be beneficial to both parties. I will also explain some of the challenges that we faced in integrating the two and how we overcame them.

Integration of Mailshake and Deskpro

The integration process is relatively simple and straightforward.

We used Deskpro’s API to integrate Deskpro with Mailshake. The API works by allowing Mailshake to access Deskpro’s list of contacts. By using this API, Mailshake can import contact data easily from Deskpro directly into their platform.

Benefits of Integration of Mailshake and Deskpro

Mailshake and Deskpro work very well together. They complement each other in terms of features and capabilities and can help improve your company’s brand promotion and campaign outreach.

When we integrated the two platforms we took advantage of the fact that neither Mailshake nor Deskpro was an all-inclusive spution. This meant that we had more flexibility when choosing the applications to integrate.

For example, when we were looking for a CRM (Customer Relationship Management. software there were many choices including Highrise, Salesforce, Close.io, Infusionsoft etc. Since we already had a CRM through Deskpro we went ahead and integrated both Platforms. We then just imported the existing contacts into our Mailshake account and started emailing our clients right away.

After we integrated the two platforms we were able to deal with just one software system for all our communication needs. This saved us time and money!

Since the two Platforms are complementary there was no need for us to change anything about how we were doing things prior to integrating them.
