After the user creates their autoresponder series, they can then schedule when the emails will be sent out. MailerLite also has a feature where you can connect your account to other third party apps such as Shipcloud (a shipping software. so that you can easily import and export your customers information from MailerLite to Shipcloud.

One of the main features of this integration is that it allows for better customer experience. Doing this integration will eliminate the need for your customer to fill out the same information over and over again. It will also speed up the process of importing and exporting customers information. One of the main benefits of this integration is that it makes it easier for the user to maintain their contact list. The integration will make it so that whenever the customer updates their information in MailerLite, it gets updated on Shipcloud too. If they update it in Shipcloud, it gets updated in MailerLite. One of the main benefits of this integration is that it saves time and energy for both the customer and the merchant.

Integration of MailerLite and Shipcloud

MailerLite provides a feature that allows its users to integrate with other third party apps such as Shipcloud. You can link your MailerLite account to Shipcloud by simply logging into your MailerLite account, going into your settings and clicking on "Link Apps." Once there, all you have to do is click on "Connect With Another App" and then click on "ShipCloud." Once there, you'll have to login using your Shipcloud credentials and then you're all set! Once you have connected your accounts, you can import or export your customers information from MailerLite to Shipcloud by fplowing these steps:

  • On Mailerlite, go into "Import/Export Data" at the top right hand corner of your screen.
  • On the Import Data tab, click on "Import CSV." A pop up box will appear asking you where your CSV file is located. Click on "Choose File" and select your file from your computer. Then click open.
  • Next, MailerLite will ask you if you want to include deleted contacts in this import. This means that if a contact was deleted in Shipcloud but not in MailerLite, it will be included in this import. All you have to do is select "Yes" or "No." It is recommended to select yes because then you won't have to worry about deleting contacts later on when importing them from Shipcloud.
  • After doing the above steps, you'll see another box pop up telling you what fields are included in this import. Click on "Import Now" and a pop up box will appear telling how many contacts were imported and how many records were skipped. This may happen if some of the data in your file doesn't match what MailerLite has in its database. You can simply delete any records in your MailerLite account that don't match what's in your file by going into "Customers" and clicking on "Edit." For example, if the field called "Email" isn't filled out correctly in your file, and it says it's supposed to be in the cpumn called "Email," then simply delete this record from your MailerLite account.
  • After doing the above steps, you'll see another pop up box saying how many customers were imported and how many records were skipped. Simply click on "Finish."
  • After doing these steps, all the customers from your file should appear in your MailerLite account! You can check by going into "Customers" or "Contacts" from the top left hand side of your screen.
