To integrate MailChimp and Zoho Connect, refer to the fplowing steps:
Step 1. Go to Zoho Connect; then click on ‘Manage Apps’ located at the top right corner of your screen. This will open the Manage App page where you can see all of the apps available for integration with Zoho Connect.
Step 2. Click on ‘Integrations’ under MailChimp section. This will lead you to the Integration Settings page where you can integrate MailChimp with Zoho Connect according to your requirements. Fplowing are some important fields that we need to fill in for the integration:
Name of the Integration – Give it any name that describes this integration. More Details – Here you need to specify the many details required for this integration such as Name of the Account (if you have an account), name of the List (if you have one. in MailChimp. Email Template URL – In case you are using customized templates for your emails, enter the URL here. Email Template Subject – Enter the subject line of your email template here. Body Template URL – In case there is a specific template for the body part of your email, enter the URL here. Body Template Subject – Enter the subject line of your body template here (if you are using one. The Subject line takes priority over Body Template Subject field which means that if both fields are blank then the default subject line will be used as the subject line of your email. If either Body Template URL or Body Template Subject fields are not entered, then the default body template will be used as the body portion of your email.
Step 3. Once everything is set up, click on ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page and close this tab. Now when someone sends an email using Zoho Connect, it will be automatically sent through MailChimp using this integration. You can also view all of the emails sent by Zoho Connect from within the MailChimp dashboard by clicking on ‘New’ under ‘Dashboard’ tab and then selecting ‘Zoho’ from the dropdown menu. This will display all of the emails sent through Zoho Connect on this page and will show you detailed reports as well with respect to each email campaign.
One important thing to note is that Zoho Connect lets you send only one campaign per day when integrated with MailChimp but this limit can be increased if needed by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org . Also note that if you want to send an email through multiple lists at once, then this can be done with help from Zapier .
