Integration of Konnect Insights and Alegra

Konnect Insights is an online survey top that helps companies gauge customer satisfaction on their products and services. It allows them to know the customers’ opinion on what they think about their product or service. The Alegra platform also allows companies to run surveys for customers.

Integration of Konnect Insights and Alegra

The integration of these two platforms helps companies navigate their way towards better market research. Within a few clicks, both platforms are integrated with each other. The Alegra team has come up with a feature called ‘create survey’. This feature allows the user to create a survey with the help of questions already available. All you have to do is enter the name of the survey or category then click save. Also, there is another feature which allows the user to search for any type of question available in the database. After clicking on this button, all the questions will be displayed in a list format. Clicking on the required questions will bring up your screen where you can edit the question. Clicking submit will now show the question on your survey ready for participants to answer. The Konnect Insights platform also has a feature which allows users to connect their accounts. Please see below steps on how to integrate your accounts with each other.

  • Go to the Konnect Insights home page then click on ‘Modules’ located at the top right side of the page.
  • Click on the ‘Integrations’ tab located at the top bar. Then click ‘Configure Integrations’. You will be brought to a new page with 3 options; ‘Create New Integration’, ‘Export Configuration File’ and ‘Import Configuration File’. Click on ‘Create New Integration’.
  • On the next page, enter your Alegra account details (email address and password. Then click on ‘Test Authentication’. If it works successfully, it will redirect you back to step 1 of this process. Otherwise, you will be prompted to enter your password again. If it still does not work, you may need to contact Alegra.
  • Upon successful authentication, you will be brought back to the integration creation page, but now with three options; ‘Create Survey Module’, ‘Create Questionnaire Module’ and ‘Create Survey Option Module’. Click on ‘Create Survey Module’ then enter your survey name and click on ‘Save’. This will redirect you back to the main integrations page then select your survey module by clicking on it. Finally, click on ‘Test Integration’ and if it works correctly, it will redirect you back to the main integrations page.
