A. What is Konnect InsightsKonnect Insights (KI. is a business intelligence software that helps businesses gain insights, visualize data, and get answers to their most important questions. Some of the key features of KI are dashboards, datasets, analysis, and visualizations.

What is Airtable?

Airtable is a web app that allows users to easily create and manage spreadsheets. It was designed by the founders of spreadsheet software company, Simul. The main differentiating factor between Airtable and other spreadsheet programs is its ability to change how it looks and feels depending on the user's needs. Users can add and remove cpumns, rows, and cells. Additionally, cpumn widths are saved relative to the data within them; this makes it easy to compare data from cell to cell.

Integration of Konnect Insights and Airtable

After integrating KI with Airtable, users can now add records from KI to Airtable as records in their existing tables. They can also create new tables on Airtable using KI data. The process of creating an integration is simple. Once a KI user has logged into their KI account, they can then click on the "Integrations" tab in the left sidebar, and select "Airtable" from the drop-down list of integrations. This will reveal an authorization page where users can grant access to Airtable so that KI and Airtable can exchange information. Once access has been granted, users may search for a table on Airtable that they would like to integrate with KI. From there, users will be prompted to choose which fields in the table they would like to push into KI. After hitting the save button, the integration will be complete!

Users can add custom fields into their tables that are not available in KI, such as free form text fields for comments or additional fields from other sources. Users can then add drill-down capabilities into their reports by including custom fields from Airtable into the report as well. For example, an analyst for a medical practice may use Airtable to track patient health checks over time. The analyst could create a table that lists check-ups by patient over time, and could pull check-up results from KI into Airtable as custom fields. Then, they could create a report in KI that shows check-up results by month for each patient. By adding the check-up results as a dimension into this report, the analyst could see which patients had high or low check-up results for any particular month.
