The purpose of this integration is to create a decentralized identity system for the contacts of all the people using Google Contacts. This, in turn, allows users to interact with each other easily.

Google Contacts?

A Google Contact is an online address book accessible through the Gmail web interface or through mobile applications. Google Contacts are backed up by Google Drive, which means that they are saved to the cloud. Google Contacts are not public, but rather are shared only with people who have access to the email account.

Integration of Keap and Google Contacts

When someone creates a new contact within their Gmail account, they have the option of adding a new card to their Google Contacts fpder. They can choose to add their name, picture, location, birthday, etc. A user may also insert additional information, such as their Twitter handle or email address. The idea behind Keap and Google Contacts is to create a decentralized profile for each business and person within the system.
