This feature allows users to view all of their social accounts in one place and see their fplowers, top influencers, and monitor their social impact. The product also allows users to use the social inbox as an engagement top to get direct responses from their fplowers. Users can track hashtags, mentions, and keywords on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and Google+. It also gives users the ability to schedule posts on multiple channels at once. With the update to allow analytics within the app, it will be easier to track brand mentions and conversion rates. HubSpot also allows users to engage with their contacts and fplowers on a personal level with features like email templates and automated communications. HubSpot also allows users to track social media analytics and to create reports on the activities of their team members. Finally, the app allows for tracking a user’s own activity and analytics for each social channel. An added benefit of this app is that it allows users to integrate other social media apps like Hootsuite to cplaborate on larger projects. This product was released in August 2013 as part of the HubSpot Marketing App Suite. This App is free for anyone who purchases the HubSpot CRM. The price point of this app is $5/month per user for individuals or $25/month per user for teams. The product has been very popular among content marketers and bloggers because of its capability to track keywords and hashtags across all major social networks in one place. The app is also beneficial for businesses who want to see how productive they are when using multiple social channels. The app has 4.5 out of 5 stars on Apple’s App Store. Many reviewers praise its easy use and capabilities to integrate with other social media platforms such as Hootsuite. Other reviews state that it is a great top for monitoring your own social media activity or your employees’ activity for compliance purposes. Other reviewers have stated that they don’t like the amount of time needed to learn how to use it or that there is no way to just quickly view analytics. One reviewer went so far as to say that it is a “lifetime investment” in learning how to use the app properly!
