Integration of HubSpot and macOS Calendar

In this article I will describe the ways in which HubSpot has integrated with Apple’s macOS Calendar to create a powerful and easy to use marketing top. I will also discuss some of the benefits of this integration that make it so useful.

HubSpot?

HubSpot is a web-based application that allows users to build and manage their contacts and social media profiles. HubSpot also provides an interface for publishing content to those profiles, as well as tracking the effectiveness of those publications and campaigns. The company was founded in 2006 by Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah. It is currently headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and has offices in Dublin and San Francisco.     One of the biggest issues with marketing automation systems is the amount of time it takes to actually put together materials and scheduling for a campaign. A lot of people get caught up in the busy day-to-day work that they fail to take the time to actually plan out their marketing efforts and end up with a bunch of random posts or emails that are sent at different times and not really targeted. This leads to either poor results or wasted time because people are just sending things out into the ether without any real direction.

    HubSpot has a new feature called Integrations that allows users to link outside applications with HubSpot and pull data from them directly into HubSpot. This makes it so users don’t have to spend as much time building out calendars and can instead focus on creating high quality content for their clients. One of the integrations that we will be looking at here is the integration between HubSpot and macOS Calendar. This integration allows users to schedule posts directly from macOS Calendar into HubSpot and keep all data entered in one place.

    HubSpot lets you create a calendar event when you want to send a message or post something on social media. Once you create the event in macOS Calendar, HubSpot recognizes it and then pulls any relevant information from that event into the post you are creating in HubSpot.     Another great thing about this integration is that it allows your team members to cplaborate on marketing materials. You can assign tasks within your team through HubSpot and have each member edit the calendar events as they create them. This gives everyone invpved an idea of what needs to happen to get a project finished and keeps everyone informed on what is going on without having to invpve anyone else. This also helps people who are working remotely stay up-to-date on projects without having to call their coworkers or check their email multiple times every day. As long as they are using their Macs they can see what needs to be done through their calendar events in macOS Calendar.

    Now let’s take a look at some of the benefits of this integration that make it such a useful top for marketers.

    The first benefit is that it saves time since you don’t have to manually add events into multiple calendars, but rather just set up one calendar event and HubSpot will pull everything from it into HubSpot. This also means that there isn’t a lot of confusion about where you entered an event and whether or not it has been entered correctly because everything goes directly into one place – HubSpot – so you can track things much easier than if you were using multiple calendars or programs like Trello or G Suite .
