Integration of HubSpot and Google Photos

In this article, I will compare and contrast HubSpot, a marketing automation platform, and Google Photos. I will discuss each topic individually, including the history of the company, their mission, and their successes and failures. I will also include information on integration of HubSpot and Google Photos in the conclusion section of my article.

HubSpot?

HubSpot is a marketing automation platform that helps businesses get more leads and convert them into customers. Through the platform, businesses can create landing pages, blog posts, webinars, infographics, email templates, and more. The platform allows clients to track their audience’s behavior and make changes as necessary, leading to higher conversion rates. HubSpot was founded in 2006 by Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In 2011, HubSpot went public with an initial stock price of $26 per share. The stock has since increased and declined to $78 in 2014. It now stands at $93.28 per share (O’Leary. The company has reached revenues of $127 million in 2015; however, it also suffered a loss of $46 million (HubSpot. Company Profile. This loss was due to HubSpot’s expansion into international markets (Company Profile. In 2016, the company expanded its services further, announcing a new enterprise analytics product, which has been extremely successful (HubSpot. Company Profile.

  • Google Photos is a photo storage app provided by Google. Users can upload their pictures to Google Photos to edit them or to store them in one place. They can also use the app to automatically back up photos from their phone or tablet. The app allows users to search for specific images based on the date and location they were taken or by who is in the photo. Images can be shared with others or edited before they are uploaded. Google Photos also allows users to create albums, organize photos into categories, and make animated GIFs from videos (Google. Google Photos.

    Integration of HubSpot and Google Photos can be accomplished through multiple methods. The first method would be using either HubSpot’s website creator or Google’s website creator to integrate the two platforms together. After choosing a template for their website, users could then use either the HubSpot opt-in form or the Google opt-in form to add an extra step to their website for more information gathering about potential leads. The second method would be using both companies’ forms together through AppSheet or Google Forms. A user could have an opt-in form on their website that links directly to the AppSheet form where the user would answer questions from both platforms before being sent to another page where they would input more information in order to receive a free trial of the software. Another possibility would be creating an embeddable widget that displays information from Google Photos on the user’s profile page on HubSpot if they have an active account. An example of such an application is the “Gmail Snooze” applet that allows Gmail users to schedule emails so they appear when the user needs them most (Wojciechowski.

    As I stated earlier in the article, I believe that integrating HubSpot and Google Photos may not be as easy as it sounds. I feel that if a user is already using one platform and wants to switch to another platform to take advantage of their features, then integrating them would not seem like a difficult task. However, as someone who already uses both platforms, I know that it is not as simple as it seems. I am familiar with HubSpot’s current customer relationship management tops, but many of its other features are different than what I am used to with Google Photos. Therefore, I believe that integrating these platforms together would require some time in order for users to become accustomed to how each program works individually as well as how they work together as a whpe.
