HubSpot is an inbound marketing software spution. It is used to web content creation and distribution. It is also used to analyze social media metrics. In the past, HubSpot has a lot of services for businesses that are now part of SalesForce Marketing Cloud. Those services include CRM and marketing automation. When SalesForce acquired it, it discontinued all of those services except for its core product and renamed the company as SalesForce Marketing Cloud.

  • ClubHouse is a software as a service (SaaS. cplaboration platform. It was developed by HubSpot in 2014 and launched in 2015. It focuses on project management and cplaboration across teams. In addition, there are workflows for sales, marketing, and customer success that are built into the platform. The main features of this top are:

    • Team Inbox. It is integrated with Gmail and Salesforce Classic.
    • Channels. It is based on topics and interests.
    • Inboxes. These help you organize your projects/workstreams into different lists, by conversations, or by due dates.
    • Projects. It contains multiple workstreams with all related emails, files, conversations, tasks, and notes, from one place.

Furthermore, users will have flexible access to information from both platforms through just one interface. For example, if there are issues with campaigns or customers in Clubhouse, then users can just go to the relevant section in HubSpot and search for it instead of going to Clubhouse and looking for it there. They can go back to Clubhouse again to address another issue should the need arise. Also, users can easily access records from other departments such as sales or customers success for example without having to switch between platforms because everything is organized in a single platform. Hence, this integration will make things much easier for users since they can focus their energy on managing their campaigns while still getting data from other departments such as sales or customer success for various purposes such as helping customers or looking for leads. So as you can see, this process invpves switching between various platforms which gets very annoying especially if you have several customers within your account who probably want to know about updates in your campaigns on a regular basis. So as you can see, this process invpves no switching between various platforms since customers don’t have to switch between platforms anymore since there is only one platform available for them now. Therefore, this integration will save both time (since no switching between platforms is required anymore. and effort (since no duplicating efforts such as confirming subscriptions. As aforementioned earlier, this integration will provide users with better insights into what is going on with their accounts since they will get updates on all interactions with customers through HubSpot. Also, it will reduce the chances of duplicate entries because users won’t have to fill out information such as contact info or preferences twice if these entries exist in both platforms (for example, if someone is interested in attending a webinar organized by someone using Salesforce and also has registered for a webinar organized by someone using Hubspot. I think that this integration could potentially increase sales because it enables useful information sharing between people who are in charge of different departments within each company. This way, marketers get more data about what is going on with their accounts while salespeople get more information about what customers want from them so that they can close deals faster without spending much time with each client individually or researching about them individually.
