HubSpot is a marketing software company that has developed a platform that allows users to market and sell business products and services online. HubSpot is based in Boston, Massachusetts. The company was founded by Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah in 2006. By the end of 2013, HubSpot had over 2,000 employees in more than 10 countries. In 2014, HubSpot had revenues of $100 million. ClickMeeting is a web conferencing service that allows users to schedule calls and share screens with other participants online. ClickMeeting is based in Montreal, Canada. The company was founded by David Chaitkin and Joe Einhorn in 1996. ClickMeeting was acquired by HubSpot in 2015.

Integration of HubSpot and ClickMeeting will allow users to integrate their HubSpot email marketing campaigns with ClickMeeting screen sharing sessions.
