    • Some Key Features of HubSpot-BigCommerce Integration :

    Easy Implementation of BigCommerce Products into HubSpot Sales Pipeline – Every sale on your BigCommerce store is automatically recorded as a campaign on your HubSpot account. You can easily create custom fields in HubSpot based on product information from your BigCommerce store.

    HubSpot Product Feed Automation – If you generate product feeds (CSV or XML. from your BigCommerce store, you can easily sync these product feeds with your HubSpot account. As a result, those products will be synced into the Sales Pipeline in HubSpot and will be available for use in your nurture campaigns. You can also use a HubSpot Product Feed plugin or manually enter products into the pipeline from BigCommerce. The products will be synced automatically when you update the product feed in either HubSpot or BigCommerce.

    HubSpot Product Recommendations – When a customer buys a product on your store, we’ll show them similar products that they might also be interested in on your website through a product recommendation widget on the item page. They’ll then be able to add this product to their cart directly from the recommendation widget. This is great for increasing sales and repeat purchases! Note that this feature is only available if you have connected your store through an app key instead of an API key. To get the full benefits of this feature, you will need to set up campaign tracking in HubSpot as well as enable the product recommendations feature from the settings page of your BigCommerce account.

    Automatically Sync Lifecycle Emails with Lead Scoring Categories – Once you have mapped your lifecycle emails with lead scoring categories in BigCommerce, you’ll be able to create nurture campaigns in HubSpot that are targeted at specific lead scoring categories. For example, you can send an email to all “New Leads” about your latest product offerings, or just send an email to all “Hot Prospects” about a special promotion that applies only to them! This feature is only available if you have connected your store through an app key instead of an API key. Be sure to enable lead scoring in BigCommerce first before enabling this feature from the settings page of your BigCommerce account.

    Incoming Call Tracking – Call tracking allows you to track phone calls made from your site back to your website so that you can see what content was viewed before the call was made. This allows you to see what content resonated with visitors and improve content based on that data. With this feature enabled, you’ll see call tracking data for each visitor who has checked out your site through a form on your site, but didn’t make a purchase. Call tracking data is not available for traffic coming in through organic search engines or social media sites on most platforms, including BigCommerce. In addition, some platforms do not support incoming call tracking unless they are paid accounts, but HubSpot does support incoming call tracking even for free accounts! Note that incoming calls are currently supported only for US and Canadian numbers. Also note that incoming call tracking does not work with BigCommerce’s default checkout page, but it does work with most other third-party checkout pages such as PayPal and Shopify.
