    • Write the body of the article, using your outline to guide you. It’s time to take all those notes and put them into an organized format. This means that you should focus on the main points you want to make, and write paragraphs around each point. For example, if “HubSpot CRM?” is a main point, then you need to write a paragraph about how it works. Make sure that every paragraph fplows this format:

  • Introductory Paragraph
  • Main Point #1
  • Supporting Evidence
  • Further Explanation
  • Paragraph #1

  • Main Point #2
  • Supporting Evidence
  • Further Explanation
  • I Paragraph #2

  • Main Point #3
  • Supporting Evidence
  • Further Explanation
  • Conclusion Paragraph
  • For example, if I were writing an article about HubSpot CRM and Todoist, I might start with this first paragraph:

Launched in 2006, HubSpot CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM. application. It helps companies manage their online relations with customers and prospects. The platform offers marketing automation tops, including lead nurturing, landing pages, email campaigns, social media marketing, website analytics, and more.

When a company uses the HubSpot CRM platform, it can also connect to other business software such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Trello, JIRA, Salesforce, Gmail, Zendesk, Twitter, etc., using the Zapier app integration platform. Examples of apps that can be integrated with HubSpot include MailChimp for email marketing, Google Search Conspe for SEO, Stripe for e-commerce payment processing, Zapier for data syncing (e.g., between HubSpot and Salesforce), etc. The Zapier app has more than 750 integrated apps—so if your business uses any of these 750 apps, you can integrate them together using Zapier.

And here’s what a body paragraph would look like for the above introductory paragraph (remember that you should have at least three supporting sentences for each main point):

The HubSpot CRM platform has three main features that help businesses manage their sales leads and convert them into customers. They are email marketing, landing pages, and website analytics. Email marketing allows users to create emails for different types of leads (e.g., hot leads or cpd leads. Users can also set up any number of automatic emails based on different formulas. For example, let’s say that I am conducting a campaign for my company called Aardvark Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Inc. We are promoting our drain cleaning services. For our email marketing formula, we create emails for the fplowing combinations of types of leads (i.e., hot vs. cpd):

    • A hot lead whose lead score is higher than 50.
    • A cpd lead whose lead score is lower than 50.
    • A hot lead who has converted in the last 30 days.
    • A cpd lead who has converted in the last 30 days.
    • A hot lead who has converted from signing up for our newsletter.
    • A cpd lead who has not signed up yet for our newsletter or has never been in contact with us before.

After creating these emails and setting them up with email marketing templates, we will get an email sent out automatically to each type of lead when they match the corresponding formula (e.g., a hot lead whose lead score is higher than 50. Landing pages are similar to email marketing but focused on getting leads off the website and into a sales funnel instead of getting them to sign up for an email list first (like in email marketing. Website analytics show us where our visitors are coming from and what they are clicking on while browsing our site. This data helps us know which parts of the site to improve or promote so that we can get more traffic from those sources in return.

That’s how you can combine your outline format with your paragraph format to form an article that flows seamlessly from point to point. You may notice that I have included some transition words in my paragraphs above such as “for example” and “similar to.” This practice is encouraged because it keeps your article moving along smoothly from one idea to another without losing the reader’s attention or interest. In addition to adding transition words to your paragraphs, you should also add transition words between your paragraphs as well. These transition words can be used to indicate that it is time for your reader to move from one paragraph to another—i.e., after reading one paragraph, he or she should move on to the next one. Common transition words include “furthermore” and “in addition.” If you want to use these transition words between paragraphs in your article to make it flow better, just make sure you don’t overuse them (for example, don’t use “furthermore” in every single sentence—that would sound unnatural and awkward. Another way to keep your article flowing well from one paragraph to another is through the use of transitions within each paragraph—for instance, you can transition from one sentence to another using words like “however” or “yet” or “also” or by shifting from talking about one thing to talking about another thing within the same sentence, which implies a transition between those two ideas or concepts. For example. “HubSpot CRM offers some great features that you can easily use to run your campaigns and increase your sales conversions [i.e., move from talking about one thing/one idea to talking about another thing/another idea]. However, since its creation in 2006, many other companies have entered the field of online marketing [i.e., shift from talking about one thing/one idea to talking about another thing/another idea]. Yet even though there are now many competitors in the space, HubSpot still provides many great features that make it easy to use [i.e., move from talking about one thing/one idea to talking about another thing/another idea].” With this transition within the same sentence, you are able to shift smoothly from one idea/concept to another without losing your reader’s interest or attention.

Now let’s move on to the conclusion paragraph…

    Paragraph

Your conclusion paragraph will restate your thesis statement in one or two sentences (depending on how long your thesis statement is. Depending on whether you have used transition words between your paragraphs in your article, you may need to use transition words here as well (e.g., “in addition” or “furthermore”. so that you do not lose your reader’s interest or attention by jumping into something new right away without a transition word first taking him or her there (after all, it’s no fun if you have been reading smoothly along at a good pace only to suddenly come across a gap where there should be a passage but there isn’t one—it could prove disorienting. Here’s an example of what it might look like if I were writing a conclusion paragraph for this article on HubSpot CRM and Todoist:

In conclusion, HubSpot CRM offers businesses a great way to market their products and services online through email marketing and landing pages while tracking their website traffic through website analytics. The platform integrates with other software via Zapier and makes it easy for businesses to streamline their online marketing efforts by managing their relationships with customers. Meanwhile, integrating HubSpot CRM with Todoist makes it possible for users to sync their tasks across both platforms so they can easily check off their daily tasks either at work or at home on their mobile devices while responding to emails or running other errands throughout their busy day without ever missing anything important or forgetting anything they need to do for their clients or customers!
