Website analytics show us where our visitors are coming from and what they are clicking on while browsing our site. This data helps us know which parts of the site to improve or promote so that we can get more traffic from those sources in return.
That’s how you can combine your outline format with your paragraph format to form an article that flows seamlessly from point to point. You may notice that I have included some transition words in my paragraphs above such as “for example” and “similar to.” This practice is encouraged because it keeps your article moving along smoothly from one idea to another without losing the reader’s attention or interest. In addition to adding transition words to your paragraphs, you should also add transition words between your paragraphs as well. These transition words can be used to indicate that it is time for your reader to move from one paragraph to another—i.e., after reading one paragraph, he or she should move on to the next one. Common transition words include “furthermore” and “in addition.” If you want to use these transition words between paragraphs in your article to make it flow better, just make sure you don’t overuse them (for example, don’t use “furthermore” in every single sentence—that would sound unnatural and awkward. Another way to keep your article flowing well from one paragraph to another is through the use of transitions within each paragraph—for instance, you can transition from one sentence to another using words like “however” or “yet” or “also” or by shifting from talking about one thing to talking about another thing within the same sentence, which implies a transition between those two ideas or concepts. For example. “HubSpot CRM offers some great features that you can easily use to run your campaigns and increase your sales conversions [i.e., move from talking about one thing/one idea to talking about another thing/another idea]. However, since its creation in 2006, many other companies have entered the field of online marketing [i.e., shift from talking about one thing/one idea to talking about another thing/another idea]. Yet even though there are now many competitors in the space, HubSpot still provides many great features that make it easy to use [i.e., move from talking about one thing/one idea to talking about another thing/another idea].” With this transition within the same sentence, you are able to shift smoothly from one idea/concept to another without losing your reader’s interest or attention.

Your conclusion paragraph will restate your thesis statement in one or two sentences (depending on how long your thesis statement is. Depending on whether you have used transition words between your paragraphs in your article, you may need to use transition words here as well (e.g., “in addition” or “furthermore”. so that you do not lose your reader’s interest or attention by jumping into something new right away without a transition word first taking him or her there (after all, it’s no fun if you have been reading smoothly along at a good pace only to suddenly come across a gap where there should be a passage but there isn’t one—it could prove disorienting. Here’s an example of what it might look like if I were writing a conclusion paragraph for this article on HubSpot CRM and Todoist:
In conclusion, HubSpot CRM offers businesses a great way to market their products and services online through email marketing and landing pages while tracking their website traffic through website analytics.
