Once you have completed this step, you will be able to begin using HubSpot CRM. The next step is to add contacts. This is done by importing your contacts from Google, Outlook, or any other email system you prefer. Next, you will want to add various contacts to your contacts list. These are essentially tags which you use to segment your contacts. For example, you may want to add contacts who are customers under the “customer” tag. Then you can use these tags to segment them later. You can then add various notes to each contact as well. You can also add your own custom fields to this list.
