Integration of HubSpot CRM and Google Groups

The word ‘HubSpot’ has a lot of meanings. It can be as an adjective, noun, verb, etc. It can be used in a wide range of industries like travel, sports, technpogy, etc. Hubspot is a software that is used for digital marketing and sales purposes. It helps the users to connect with their customers and leads through various aspects like emails, social media, blogs, etc. (Hubspot. The Google Groups is also a part of this integration. It was launched in February 2000 and it is a free service by Google. Google Groups allows the users to communicate among each other and share information through email lists, newsgroups, forums, etc. (Google Groups.

The integration of two services can be done in a number of ways. It can be done by “Sharing” the contacts on one service with the contacts on the other service or through “Import/Export” of contacts. In this paper I have chosen to talk about the “Sharing” option. It can be easily achieved if you have an account on both the services. One way to achieve this integration without an account on both the services is to create an account on one service and then manually add contacts on the other service. The integration can be done using “Sharing” option on Google Groups and HubSpot CRM. The steps to achieve the integration are fplowing. Create an account on Google Groups and HubSpot CRM; Share your contact list between them; Export data from both the services; Import data into HubSpot CRM; and Create a campaign based on Google Groups data. Let me discuss the steps in detail. Step 1. Create an account on both the services. Step 2. Share your contact list between the two services. Step 3. Export data from both the services and import them into HubSpot CRM. Step 4. Create a campaign based on Google Groups data.

Integration of these two services is not that difficult when you fplow the steps discussed above. From my experience I can tell that it is easy to integrate them but it will not do a trick for you if you don’t have a proper plan for your business.
