Step 4. On the next screen, go to “Contacts” option from the left sidebar and click on “Create New Contact” button.
Step 5. On the next screen, enter the name of the contact, email address, phone number, and other required details. Then click on “Save” button.
Step 6. Now go back to “Contacts” option and create another contact. Repeat the same process until all contacts are added.
Step 7. Once all contacts are added, go to “Print Settings” option and click on “Manage Printers” option.
Step 8. On the next screen, select “Google Cloud Print” as your printer driver and click “Add Printer” button.
Step 9. On the next screen, select a printer from the list of printers and add it to your HubSpot CRM account. After adding printer to your HubSpot CRM account, close this window and return to your HubSpot CRM account. Now all printers will be shown under “Print Settings” option. You can select any printer from this list and choose which contacts should be printed using that printer. To do so, go to “Contacts” option and select a single contact or multiple contacts and then click on “Print Contacts” button. This will open a new window where you will see all printers and their settings along with a drop-down menu to select a printer for each contact. Select a printer from this list for each contact and click on “Print” button to print out all contacts using the selected printer.
