Users can use the GoToMeeting mobile app to start meetings from their phones or tablets, as well as use screen sharing and chat features. In addition to web conferencing, GoToMeeting also offers group video calling and audio conferencing for included in the monthly price. GoToMeeting also offers a free trial for new users.

  • GoToMeeting automatically logs all meetings for a user’s account. This includes audio recordings, video recordings, and chat transcripts. This data can be easily exported to Harvest by clicking on the “Actions” button within a given meeting record in the GoToMeeting Admin Conspe. A CSV file will then be created which can be uploaded into Harvest. This integration allows users to access all authenticated meetings by clicking on the “Meetings” button in the left navigation section of Harvest.

    In addition to adding meeting records into Harvest, users can also add time spent on projects. Harvest automatically pulls data from all relevant GoToMeeting meetings and provides users with a link to each of these records. Users can click on these meeting links and add hours spent on each project in Harvest by clicking on the plus icon that appears next to the project name. This integration allows users to easily keep track of project hours without needing a separate accounting software like QuickBooks.
