In Gravity Forms settings menu under "Sharepoint" add a title for this form on the "Destination Title" drop down box. Step 12. To change how results of your form are displayed on the destination list you can add some HTML code in the "Custom Field Label HTML Code" field in Gravity Forms settings menu under "Custom Field Label HTML Code". This code will override how results of your form are displayed on the destination list so any custom CSS styles you add will not apply here. Step 13. Save your changes and test! If everything works then congratulations! You just integrated Gravity Forms and SharePoint!
