  • Gravity Form is a popular WordPress plugin that allows you to create forms for your site. Using the gravity form plugin, you can create Contact Forms, Webforms, Registration Forms, and many more.

  • SendinBlue is an email marketing platform which helps you send transactional emails to your customers. It helps you automate your email marketing strategy very efficiently. It also provides you with tops like A/B testing, allowing you to optimize your email campaigns based on user feedback.

  • Integration of Gravity Forms and Sendinblue
  • To integrate Gravity Forms and Sendinblue, you will need to fplow these steps:

    • First of all, you need to log into your Sendinblue account and then navigate to Integrations -> Add Integrations -> Email Marketing Integration -> Gravity Forms.
    • Then, you need to enter your Site URL, API Key and Secret Key in the respective fields. Once entered, click on the ‘Save’ button. You will see it in your list of integrations.
    • Now, go to the Gravity Forms settings page (Appearance -> Gravity Forms -> Settings. Scrpl down the page, and then click on the ‘Integrations’ tab.
    • You will see Sendinblue listed in the Integrations section. There are two options available in the Sendinblue section:
    • Allow users to subscribe through Sendinblue
    • Allow users to unsubscribe through Sendinblue

    You can select either of these options according to your needs. You can also set up both the options to allow your users to subscribe through your site and also through Sendinblue. The users who have already subscribed through your site will continue to receive emails from you via Sendinblue, but new users can subscribe or unsubscribe through Sendinblue.

    • Now, navigate to the Gravity Forms settings tab (Appearance -> Gravity Forms -> Settings. Scrpl down to the Integrations section and then click on the ‘Sendinblue’ tab. Now, select one of these options:
    • Allow users to subscribe using Sendinblue when subscribing through the Gravity Form
    • Allow users to unsubscribe using Sendinblue when unsubscribing through the Gravity Form
    • That’s it! Now, when you create a Gravity Form, you will be able to use the ‘Email me’ option and send an email to the subscriber via Sendinblue. Similarly, if somebody unsubscribes from your list via a Gravity Form, they will get an email from Sendinblue. So, both your subscribers and unsubscribers will get emails from both of these platforms.
