  • PDFMonkey is an app for creating PDF forms without coding. It integrates with many popular payment gateways, so you can easily create forms that pay you directly or submit leads to your email list.

  • Integration of Gravity Forms and PDFMonkey
  • To integrate Gravity Forms with PDFMonkey, fplow these steps:

    • Create a PDFMonkey account if you don’t have one already.
    • Sign in to your Gravity Forms dashboard and go to Settings > Integrations. Scrpl down to the PDFMonkey Integration section and click on the “Connect” button. This will take you to the PDFMonkey site.
    • On the PDFMonkey site, enter your API key (you can find this in the PDFMonkey dashboard under My Account > API Keys. Click on “validate,” then “save changes” when you receive the “success” message.
    • Return to your WordPress dashboard and go to Settings > PDF Monkeys > Form Type. Select the form type you want to connect to PDFMonkey. Then click on the “update” button at the bottom of the page.
    • You will now be able to create a PDF form with all the fields of your Gravity Form. To do so, go to the Add/Edit Form page in Gravity Forms and scrpl down to the Advanced Options section. From there, click on the “+ Add PDF Monkeys Form” button.
    • You will be taken to the PDFMonkey site where you can choose the templates that fit your needs best. When you are ready, just click on “create form.” Now, connect your form with a destination by either choosing one from the dropdown menu or clicking on “add new destination” and selecting a destination from the new popup window. Save the changes by clicking on “save changes” at the top right of the page.
