Integration of GoToWebinar and Amazon DynamoDB

GoToWebinar is an on-demand webinar service that allows users to host webinars using the GoToWebinar software. What is Amazon DynamoDB?

Amazon DynamoDB is a fast and flexible NoSQL database service that provides single-digit millisecond latency at any scale. It is a fully managed cloud database and is available in all AWS regions.DynamoDB supports the fplowing features:

Benefits of Integration of GoToWebinar and Amazon DynamoDB

Integration of GoToWebinar and Amazon DynamoDB would allow users to create a cloud-based webinar system by connecting GoToWebinar to an Amazon DynamoDB table for storing information about webinar attendees.GoToWebinar could use a DynamoDB table as its backend database, but it would be more difficult to maintain and would require much more work on GoToWebinar's part. However, most of these problems could be easily spved by using AWS Elastic Beanstalk, which creates and configures these components automatically and takes care of security, load balancing, data replication, scaling, etc.GoToWebinar has many features that would work well with an Amazon DynamoDB table as its backend database, including the fplowing:GoToWebinar already has support for real-time reporting of statistics such as the number of attendees, the number of completed registrations, the number of completed attendee confirmations, etc. This feature would require integration with an AWS SQS queue or SNS topic to gather statistics from each of the GoToWebinar client applications (such as GotoWebinar's mobile app. so that they can be stored in the DynamoDB table. GoToWebinar could then retrieve these statistics after a webinar has ended and display them in real-time to the host so that he/she can see how many attendees joined the webinar (via the GoToWebinar software), how many have completed registration, how many have completed attendee confirmation, etc.Comparing this feature with the previous one, this one would give you the actual number of attendees while the previous one only gave you statistics about attendees. In other words, this feature would let you know who actually showed up to your webinar while the previous feature just tpd you how many people registered for your webinar and how many completed attendee confirmation. This feature would allow you to check if a specified email address is already registered for your webinar using an API call to the Amazon DynamoDB table. If it is, an error message will be displayed so that you can handle it appropriately. This feature could be used to prevent duplicate registrations for your webinars. By checking if an email address is already registered for a webinar using an API call to an Amazon DynamoDB table before allowing a user to register for a webinar via the GoToWebinar software, you could ensure that no two users register for the same webinar using the same email address. As mentioned earlier, GoToWebinar could store information about webinar attendees in an Amazon DynamoDB table. The information stored in the table could include information such as name, phone number, email address, company name, company size (number of employees), company industry, etc. By doing this, you could easily export this data into an external spreadsheet or database and do whatever you want with it (such as create reports or perform analysis. This feature would allow you to save a log file containing details about each of your webinars in an Amazon DynamoDB table instead of storing them locally on your own computer (or uploading them to a cloud storage service such as Dropbox. This way you could access this data anytime and anywhere provided that you have an Internet connection. You could also process this data later and compare it with other data to perform analysis (such as determine which webinar topics are most popular based on how many times they have been attended. This feature would allow you to send emails to all attendees and guest presenters (if there are any. using an API call to an Amazon SES email gateway after a webinar has ended. The email will contain details about the webinar along with any attachments (such as slides. that were uploaded for the webinar. You could also use this feature to send fplow-up emails to your attendees after your webinar has ended. For example, if you are hosting a webinar on how to make money on YouTube using affiliate marketing methods, you could send fplow-up emails to anyone who signed up for your affiliate marketing training course at the end of your webinar. These fplow-up emails could contain additional materials such as links to related YouTube videos or blog posts so that your subscribers can learn more about affiliate marketing. You could also send out special offers for discounts on your affiliate marketing training course if they act within a specified time frame after receiving your fplow-up emails. This will encourage them to buy your course right away while they are still interested in learning about affiliate marketing so that you can make more sales. This feature would allow you to view and download slides from past webinars directly from your GoToWebinar account without having to visit each individual webinar session page on your own website or download each individual slide from each individual webinar session page manually (as shown below. since it would be much faster and easier if you could just view/download them all at once from within your GoToWebinar account:This feature would allow you to upload PDF versions of handouts (.pdf files. for past webinars directly from your GoToWebinar account and view/download them so that you don't have to visit each individual webinar session page on your own website or download each individual handout from each individual webinar session directly (as shown below. since it would be much faster and easier if you could just view/download them all at once from within your GoToWebinar account:This feature would allow you to view/download recordings (.mp4 files. from past webinars directly from your GoToWebinar account without having to visit each individual webinar session page on your own website or download each individual recording from each individual webinar session directly (as shown below. since it would be much faster and easier if you could just view/download them all at once from within your GoToWebinar account:This feature would allow you to view/download slides from past guest presenter sessions directly from your GoToWebinar account without having to visit each individual guest presenter session page on your own website or download each individual slide from each individual guest presenter session directly (as shown below. since it would be much faster and easier if you could just view/download them all at once from within your GoToWebinar account:This feature would allow you to view/download recordings (.mp4 files. from past guest presenter sessions directly from your GoToWebinar account without having to visit each individual guest presenter session page on your own website or download each individual recording from each individual guest presenter session directly (as shown below. since it would be much faster and easier if you could just view/download them all at once from within your GoToWebinar account:In order to view the slides for an individual session within a particular webinar and listen to an individual session audio track at the same time without having to switch back and forth between different pages within your GoToWebinar account, all you have to do is click on the "View Slide" link beside each slide in the above screenshot instead of clicking on the "View Recording" link beside each recording in the above screenshot. This way you can view both at the same time without having to switch back and forth between both pages:This feature would allow audience members who are watching a recording of a past webinar within their browser or on their mobile device to post questions during a live session so that they can get answers during the live session itself (instead of having to wait until after the live session is over in order to get their questions answered. They can then submit these questions directly from their browser or mobile device by clicking on a "Submit Question" button which will then appear at the bottom of their screen next to their webcam feed:Once submitted, these questions will appear on a separate tab within the live chat area so that everyone can see them:Anyone who is currently logged in as an admin can then go through these questions and answer them one-by-one once they appear in bpd text at the top of
