It handles all the accounts and billing, as well as customer care and technical support. First, you have to create a training package in GoToTraining, which can be done by going to the menu option “New Training Package”. Then you have to select a name for your package, as well as a description of the package’s content. You must then select the type of course that you wish to offer. There are three options. a general training course, a classroom training course, and a private coaching course. Clicking on each option displays a description of what each one offers. On clicking on a specific training course, you have the option to add more details about it, such as what topics will be covered, who will benefit from this course, etc. Finally, you must decide where you want this package to appear on your website. If you do not want anyone to know that you are using GoToTraining, then you can post this package on your website without letting your visitors know that they can access it from a link on your website. If you want people to be able to click a link on your website and access your GoToTraining package, then you will need to make sure that GoToTraining has been integrated with your website’s platform or CMS (Content Management System. You can do this by going to your account’s settings page in GoToTraining; this will take you to your account’s “Edit Settings” page. From here, you must click on the button labeled “GoToTraining Integrations” at the bottom of the page. Once there, you will see an option for “Manage Integrations”; clicking on this will take you to your account’s integrations page. This page will display all of the integrations that are currently available for admins on the account; if no integrations are currently available, then there will be no integrations displayed on this page. To get started with integration, you simply have to click on the button labeled “Add Integration” at the top of the page; this will immediately take you to an integration wizard where you can start integrating with your website. The first step asks you to enter the URL of the site where you want to integrate GoToTraining with; this is where you enter the URL of your website. Next, you select where on your website you want GoToTraining to appear. For instance, if you want visitors to see it when they go to your homepage or use certain search terms, then you will need to check the boxes next to these options. This will allow visitors to access your training package when they visit your site in this manner. Next, there are two options for integrating with your website. using scripts or using iframes. Scripts are snippets of code that are placed directly in your website’s source code; iframes are code that are placed around your training package when your visitors access it on your site. You can learn more about each option by clicking on the help button next to each option when they are selected; if you choose either one of them for integration, then you will be prompted to enter some code when they are selected.
