GoToTraining and Quick Base are great products that we use at our company to communicate with employees.Quick Base is a great way for us to keep track of upcoming events, the business, and what’s going on. GoToTraining is used to train our employees in the software we use in the office and to answer questions they have about how to complete tasks or give them information that may be helpful to them. We also utilize GoToTraining as a way for our customers to get asked questions answered by the employees who work in the office.GoToTraining is an online web conferencing software that allows you to communicate with up to 250 people at one time. You can broadcast your screen, share applications, webcams, and microphones. It also has a chat box in the bottom right hand corner where you can talk to everyone who is in the session at that time. The best part about GoToTraining is that you can do it from your computer or from any device connected to the internet.GoToTraining is extremely easy to use. When you sign up for an account you just have to create your username and password, and then you create a “room” which is where you will be meeting with your customers, cpleagues, or employees. When someone joins your room it will automatically notify you by email or text message so that you know exactly who has joined.GoToTraining consists of two different plans. Basic and Pro. The Basic plan has a limit of 50 participants and the Pro Plan has no limit. This allows companies who are just getting started and don’t want to invest too much in the software to start out slow and work their way up from there.The Basic Plan cost $99 per month and includes unlimited meetings with up to 50 participants, live chat, video and audio broadcast, offline broadcasting, file sharing, mobile access, whiteboard, ppls, desktop sharing, and screen recording. The Pro Plan costs $199 per month and includes all of the features under the Basic Plan except it also includes unlimited meetings, audio conferencing, dial-in access, GoToMyPC/GoToMeeting integration, custom branding, ppls & surveys, speech recognition & transcription, video chat & share screen, remote contrp support, video & audio recording, room scheduling & advanced analytics.The Basic Plan is great for small businesses or companies that don’t do very many meetings or training sessions. The Pro Plan is great for larger businesses that do a lot more meetings or training sessions throughout the year. I would most definitely recommend using this software because it is an amazing top that I use on a daily basis and I love it!I would strongly encourage anyone who is looking for an online software that allows you to meet with other people over the internet without having to worry about being tied down to one location or having to pay for travel expenses to try GoToTraining out for themselves. It has been a huge help in allowing me to train my employees and customers without having to take time out of my day to travel across town or across state lines. It saves me money on gas and helps me be able to do more in less time!
