GoToTraining is a tele-training top which allows users to connect with each other and share its screen. It enables users to interact with each other by sharing screen, audio, and presentation. GoToTraining is a cloud based top which works across different operating systems and browsers.GoToTraining is a web conferencing software developed by Citrix Systems. It was introduced in 2004.GoToTraining is available in 12 languages including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Korean, Dutch, and Vietnamese.GoToTraining works on both Windows and Mac. It can also be used on mobile phones and tablets such as iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, Android devices and Windows Phone 7.

Harvest is a time tracking software which monitors how much time the user spends on different kinds of projects. It is available in two versions – free version where the user can create one project and paid version where the user can create unlimited number of projects and access additional features.The Harvest interface has four components. header area, time card area, performance graph area, and details area. Users can configure the layout of these components in the preferences page.The Harvest time card component has three cpumns – task name, start date, and duration – and three rows – sort by, idle time counter, and task status. The task status can be changed using drop down menus or text fields.The Harvest interface has pre-built reports which can be customized according to the requirements of the user. The reports include productivity reports which detail how productive a user has been during a particular period of time, billable hours report which shows how much money a user has earned for a particular project, expense report which details all the expenses of the user during a particular period of time, recurring tasks report which shows all the recurring tasks performed by a user and their productivity for each recurring task during a particular period of time. The reports can be exported as PDF or CSV file.
