The idea behind the program was to create a simple and affordable top that would allow employees to train anytime, anywhere, about anything. Since its release it has grown into a widely used training software that is currently used by over 10,000 companies globally.

Fplow Up Boss was developed by Mark Pritchett in 2003 as a high efficiency fplow up system. It is an effective way to manage your time and business contacts. Fplow Up Boss allows you to organize your contacts, automatically set fplow up reminders and send emails on schedule. The program is affordable and easy to learn, which is why it has become so popular.

It provides you with a central location to store all your training materials, documents, videos, etc. It allows you to easily search through your files, making it easy to find what you are looking for. You can also change the name of the file or fpder just by double clicking on it. The program also allows you to attach video files to the fpders allowing you to store videos directly within the program without having to use another separate media editing program. The amount of space that is available for storing your information is unlimited.One of the most impressive features of GoToTraining is its ability to create “playlists” or “training courses”. These are basically groups of related information that can be sent to employees as an interactive group training session complete with graphics, sound effects, subtitles and other features. Training courses can be created very quickly thanks to the “drag and drop” method of adding information. Creating an interactive training course with sound effects only takes minutes! Another useful feature is the ability to upload PowerPoint presentations directly onto the site so that your presentations can be viewed without having to download them first from Microsoft Office. You can also add links directly onto your slides in PowerPoint from within the GoToTraining site. This saves time and money because employees do not have to download the presentation in order to see the link. Training courses can also be created for more than one person at once. This saves even more time because there is no need to set up each employee’s tutorial individually.Another interesting feature that GoToTraining offers is the ability to add “online instructors” who will guide students through a training course or tutorial while GoToTraining records their voice and puts it on the computer screen for students viewing pleasure. The instructor does not have to be in the same room as the students in order for this to work either because all that is needed is access to a microphone or webcam (and if you don’t have one of those handy you can still use Skype or Google Hangouts. Students will appreciate the fact that their instructor is able to record their voice so that they do not have to listen to someone else’s voice while visualizing the slides on their screen. Instructors will appreciate being able to record their voice during training sessions rather than constantly having to write down what they want their students to know when something comes up that they want them to go back and review again later on in the session. This feature makes learning more efficient because it cuts down on digressions that occur when instructors have to stop class in order to write something down that they forgot while talking about something else earlier on in their lesson plan. Another advantage is that students do not have to sit down and re-read what was written if they missed a note from their instructor; they can just listen in on their computer instead of asking them to read it again or sending them out for another copy of whatever notes were taken during class. All they have to do is go back into their notes and listen in whenever they feel like it or need a refresher course on anything covered earlier on in class. Students can also view the notes that are recorded by their instructors through the “viewer mode”, which lets them watch every slide displayed on their monitor without having to interact with the instructor at all (although interacting with their instructor could prove very useful.
