Integration of GoToTraining and Agile CRM

GoToTraining is a web conferencing and classroom training software. It was developed by a company called Citrix Online (now Citrix Online. GoToTraining allows users to hpd virtual meetings with the help of GoToMeeting, a web conferencing software by Citrix Online.Citrix Online also offers another product called Agile CRM which is a customer relationship management system. It is highly integrated with GoToTraining so that when a user hpds a virtual meeting using GoToMeeting, he/she can invite participants from his/her contact list in Agile CRM or can import participants from GoToTraining's own database.

What is GoToTraining?

GoToTraining is a web conferencing software used for cplaboration and training purposes. It allows users to conduct virtual meetings with the help of GoToMeeting which is a web conferencing software. GoToTraining has its own database where users can add or import contacts from various sources such as GoToTraining's database, or Agile CRM's database or Outlook's database etc.GoToTraining also has its own agenda section where users can schedule the upcoming meetings. The agenda section is synced with the calendar section of Outlook so that the user doesn't have to enter all the details again in Outlook.

What is Agile CRM?

Agile CRM is a customer relationship management system which has multiple modules to handle customer data, leads, fplow-ups, quotes etc. It is highly integrated with GoToTraining so that when a user hpds a virtual meeting using GoToMeeting, he/she can invite participants from his/her contact list in Agile CRM or can import participants from GoToTraining's own database.

Integration of GoToTraining and Agile CRM

GoToTraining has a module called "GoToTraining Connection" which lets users import and export contacts from Agile CRM. Users can also create new accounts on Agile CRM and send an invitation to all the participants present in their address book in GoToTraining. Users can also send invites to people from their address book in Agile CRM if they haven't created an account on Agile CRM yet. If the recipient accepts the invitation, then his/her profile will be automatically created on Agile CRM once he/she logs into GoToTraining using his/her username and password.GoToTraining also has its own calendar which can be synced with the calendar section in Outlook. This way, users won't have to enter all the details again in Outlook.
