GoToMeeting is a web conferencing service provided by Citrix. The service allows users to communicate via audio in real time, share documents through cloud storage, video chat using HD cameras and whiteboards or Powerpoint presentations. It also provides screen sharing capabilities which enables users to share their screens with others.

In contrast, Microsoft To-Do is an online task management application developed by Microsoft. It helps users organise their tasks lists and reminders, set up due dates and reminders for tasks and cplaborate with others on shared lists.

The integration of GoToMeeting and Microsoft To-Do will allow users to run meetings directly from Microsoft To-Do lists.

This integration will mean that conference organisers can start and end meetings directly from Microsoft To-Do lists.
