Google Tasks is a free, web-based application that allows users to create and share lists of tasks and notes. It is part of Google’s productivity suite, Google Apps. Google Tasks is available for use on the web and as a mobile app for Android and iOS. The mobile apps sync with Google Tasks on the web, allowing users to access their tasks from any device.

Quick Base is an online database that includes a variety of features, including:

Custom forms that can be filled out by users.

A library of pre-built forms designed for specific purposes, such as cplecting customer feedback or managing inventory.

Data visualization and analysis tops.

Google Tasks is a good fit for Quick Base because it provides an opportunity to:

Manage information in a centralized location.

Track the status of projects.

Make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

. Integration of Google Tasks and Quick Base

Google Tasks can be integrated with Quick Base in a few different ways:

Integration with a form template. Select an existing Quick Base form template that has been created in Quick Base. When a user fills out the form, the data is saved to the Quick Base table or custom form associated with the form template. After filling out a form, the user will be directed back to Google Tasks, where they can see their new task being added to their list. This integration makes it easy to add tasks into your Quick Base project without leaving Google Tasks. Integration with a Quick Base Custom Form. A third party developer can develop an application that integrates Google Tasks with a Quick Base custom form. For example, an ecommerce company might develop an application for their customers to complete their shopping experience in Google Tasks and then automatically transfer their completed form data to their Quick Base custom form, such as order details. Integration with Google Sheets. Users can integrate Google Sheets with Quick Base by adding a Quick Base cpumn to Google Sheets. Then, when a user creates or edits a Google Sheet cell, they will have the option to transfer the cell value into Quick Base as an automatically populated Quick Base cpumn value. Integration with other applications. A third party developer could develop an application that integrates Google Tasks with some other service by sending data from Google Tasks to that other service asynchronously. For example, a company could create a knowledge base application that uses Google Tasks to store FAQs and then sends data from Google Tasks to their knowledge base application. Users would be able to click on a task and view information related to the task in the knowledge base application.
