Google Sheets is a free spreadsheet program that lives inside your Google Drive. It’s part of Google Docs, which also includes Google Slides and Google Docs.

You can use Google Sheets to create tables and charts, and you can easily access it from any device with internet access.

If you have lots of data, or you just want to see how things change over time, you can format your spreadsheets in different ways.

  • Zoho Writer is an online word processor. Because it’s online, it’s available from any device with internet access, and it actually looks the same on every device. If you’re using a computer with a screen size of more than 10-inches, you can make the text bigger. There are other ways to tweak the appearance of your document to suit your needs.

    One of the best features of Zoho Writer is its integration with Google Sheets. You can import your Google Sheets files into a Zoho Writer document, and you can even create Google Sheets tables from your Zoho Writer document. And if you want to move your content back and forth between the two programs, you’ll probably find it easy.

    In Zoho Writer, open a document that already has content in it. Select some text, and then go the app’s main menu (the three horizontal dots at the top right corner. Select Import Spreadsheet from the menu. A new screen should appear, and you’ll be able to choose the sheet you want to import from your Google Sheets account. Select a sheet, then select Insert. A new tab will open, and you should see the contents of the sheet appear in the new tab. You can now edit the imported file as needed. If you need to make changes to your Google Sheets file, simply go back to Google Sheets and make the changes. Then go back to Zoho Writer and refresh the page to see them appear on your end. To import another Google Sheets file into your Zoho Writer document, fplow steps 1a-1d above again.

    Open a Zoho Writer document that already has content in it. Go to the main menu (the three horizontal dots at the top right corner. and select Create Table. A box will appear where you can enter cpumn headings for your table. Enter the headings, then click Next. Enter data for each row, then click Finish. Your table should now appear in your document. If you ever want to get rid of the table, go to the main menu (the three horizontal dots at the top right corner. and select Delete Table before editing the content of the document further.
